Indian cuisine · 450 calories

About this recipe
A sophisticated pairing of textures: buttery, flaky pastry bites topped with deeply caramelized balsamic onions and salty crumbles of feta cheese. This is balanced by a crisp, cold Caesar Salad tossed in a lightened-up Greek Yogurt dressing that maintains the classic "creamy-garlic" profile without the heavy oil content of traditional versions.
Ingredients
- - Jus Rol Puff Pastry Squares-1x5.2kg
- 1 Block Greek Feta Cheese 900g
- - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
- - Filippo Berio Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Head Organic Romaine Lettuce
- - Co-Op Italian Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 355 Ml Briannas Asiago Caesar Dressing, 355Ml
- 100G Marine Gourmet Garlic Croutons, 100G
- - Tata Salt
- - Chicken Breast Fillets
- 1 Onion Red 1 Each
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 105G Dijon Mustard With Tarragon, 105G
- 250G Garlic 250g
- 1 Lemon - 1 Each
Instructions
- 1. Add a splash of water and balsamic vinegar, then cover. The steam speeds up the breakdown of sugars, giving you "caramelized" onions in 10 minutes instead of 40.
- 2. Place pastry squares on a tray. Top with a spoonful of onions and a crumble of feta. Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
- 3. Whisk the yogurt, mustard, garlic, and lemon. Toss with the romaine and top with grilled chicken.
