  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 199G La Costena Sliced Green Jalapeno Peppers, 199G
  • 1 Kg Golden Raisins, 1Kg
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 480G Echigo Nihon No Gohan Japanese Cooked Rice, 480G
  • - Natco Ground Cinnamon 100g
  • 50G Top-Op Clove Powder 50g

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, sauté 2 diced onions and 1 minced clove of garlic over medium heat until the onions are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in 2 diced cooking apples, 3 finely chopped jalapeño peppers, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground clove, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes to meld the flavors.
