Ingredients
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 199G La Costena Sliced Green Jalapeno Peppers, 199G
- 1 Kg Golden Raisins, 1Kg
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 480G Echigo Nihon No Gohan Japanese Cooked Rice, 480G
- - Natco Ground Cinnamon 100g
- 50G Top-Op Clove Powder 50g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, sauté 2 diced onions and 1 minced clove of garlic over medium heat until the onions are softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 2 diced cooking apples, 3 finely chopped jalapeño peppers, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground clove, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Mix well.
- 4. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes to meld the flavors.
- 6. Serve the spiced apple mixture over 4 cups of hot cooked rice. Enjoy your meal!
