- 1 Kg Golden Raisins, 1Kg
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- - Tata Salt
- 50G Niharti Cinnamon Taj-Dalchini Powder 50g
- 50G Top-Op Nutmeg Powder 50g
- 50G Natco Whole Cloves (Jar) 50g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of finely chopped green pepper, 2 cups of peeled and diced apples, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of raisins, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp of clove. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
- 4. Pour the cooked mixture into a prepared pie shell, spreading it evenly.
- 5. Cover the filling with a top crust, sealing the edges and cutting small slits for ventilation.
- 6. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- 7. Allow the pie to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
