Ingredients
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 500G Garofalo Spaghetti
- - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
- - Chilli Powder Rajah
- 280G Dell'Ugo Freshtomato & Basil Sauce
- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- - Tata Salt
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
Instructions
- 1. Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 diced onion and cook until softened, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
- 3. Add 1 diced onion and 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion is softened and fragrant.
- 4. Stir in 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and 1/2 tsp chili powder, mixing well to coat the mixture evenly with the spices.
- 5. In a separate saucepan, combine the cooked onion and garlic mixture with 26 oz of tomato sauce with basil. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
- 6. Add 2/3 cup milk, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper to the sauce. Stir well and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Serve the spiced sauce over the cooked spaghetti and enjoy your meal.
