- 295G Heinz Weight Watchers Tomato Soup
- - Chilli Powder Rajah
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Tiberino 1888 Polenta With Aromatic Herbs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. In a large skillet, sauté 1.5 kg ground beef, 2 cups diced onion, and 1.5 cups diced bell pepper over medium heat until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened, about 8-10 minutes.
- 3. Add 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Drain any excess fat from the skillet, then stir in 2 cans (about 300 ml each) of tomato soup. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5. In a separate bowl, prepare a polenta batter according to your favorite recipe or package instructions.
- 6. Transfer the hot meat mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- 7. Evenly distribute the prepared polenta batter over the meat mixture, spreading it out to cover the filling completely.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the polenta topping is golden brown and cooked through.
- 9. Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into squares and serve warm.
