- - Ceylon Cinnamon Quills BWFO

- 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Begin by cutting the paneer into small cubes and set aside.
- 2. In a pan, heat the ghee on medium heat until it melts and becomes aromatic.
- 3. Add the fennel seeds to the pan and sauté them until they start to crackle.
- 4. Add the cinnamon quills and sauté for a few more seconds until their aroma is released.
- 5. Add the cashews and raisins to the pan. Stir and roast them in the ghee until the cashews are lightly golden and the raisins plump up.
- 6. Gently mix in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are well-coated with the ghee and spices.
- 7. Crumble the turron cake into small pieces and add it to the pan. Stir well to combine it with the other ingredients.
- 8. Sprinkle the dried rose petals, cardamom powder, and black pepper into the pan. Mix thoroughly to distribute the flavors evenly.
