  • 1 Kg Trade Aid Caster Sugar 1kg
  • 50G Trs Cardamoms Green 50G
  • 300 Ml Rose Water, 300Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Begin by preparing the rabri (sweetened condensed milk). Pour 1 liter of British Whole Milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until the milk thickens and reduces to about half its original volume.
  2. 2. Add a pinch of Schwartz Saffron to the thickened milk and stir well to infuse the rabri with its rich aroma and color. Set the rabri aside to cool.
  3. 3. Prepare the sugar syrup by combining 1 cup of Trade Aid Caster Sugar with 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Bring it to a gentle boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. 4. Slice the Kingsmill Soft White Medium Bread into triangles or squares, removing the crusts if desired.
  5. 5. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of Dabur Organic Ghee in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the bread slices until they are golden brown and crisp on both sides. Remove and place them on a paper towel to drain excess ghee.
  6. 6. Dip the fried bread slices into the warm sugar syrup, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them soak for 1-2 minutes, then transfer them to a serving plate.
  7. 7. Pour the cooled rabri generously over the sugar-soaked bread slices.
  8. 8. Garnish the dish with Organic Chopped & Roasted Almonds and an additional pinch of Schwartz Saffron for a decorative touch.
  9. 9. Serve the Shahi Tukda warm or chilled as a decadent dessert.
