Seabass and Prawns with Garlic Paprika Sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 180G Fish Said Fred Asc Sea Bass Fillets
  • 1 Kg Peeled Prawns

  • - Schwartz Paprika
  • 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. Lightly coat an ovenproof dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place it in the oven for 5 minutes to warm.
  3. 3. Chop 1 green pepper into bite-sized pieces, season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
  4. 4. Remove the ovenproof dish from the oven, spread the seasoned green pepper evenly across the bottom, and arrange 8 prawns on top.
  5. 5. In a small saucepan, warm 200 g of canned or jarred tomato sauce over medium heat. Stir in 2 finely grated cloves of garlic and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Peel and chop 1 onion into small pieces. Boil it in a pot of water for 15 minutes until soft, then drain and mash until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. In a small saucepan, warm 200 g of canned or jarred tomato sauce over medium heat. Stir in 2 finely grated cloves of garlic and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. 8. When the prawns are halfway through cooking (about 10 minutes), remove the dish from the oven and pour the warm tomato, garlic, and paprika sauce evenly over the prawns.
  9. 9. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through and pink.
  10. 10. Serve the baked prawns with the mashed onion. Enjoy your meal!
