Ingredients

  • 1 Head Organic Romaine Lettuce
  • 500 G Raw Minced Pork No Bone & No Offal 500g
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • - Ktc Minced Garlic Paste
  • - Light Soy Sauce
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 120 G Blue Dragon Panko Breadcrumbs 120g
  • 6 Each Golden Yolk Eggs 6 Pack
  • NaN Bute Island Cheddar Flavour Block
  • 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
  • - Lurpak Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced pork, finely chopped scallions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, breadcrumbs, and a beaten egg. Mix well until combined.
  3. 3. Divide the pork mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into small patties. Set aside on a plate.
  4. 4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of vegetable oil. Cook the pork patties for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
  5. 5. Spread softened butter on a baking tray. Sprinkle generously with minced garlic and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. 6. Place the prepared tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly toasted.
  7. 7. Assemble the dish by placing a pork patty on a serving plate. Add an extra sprinkle of chopped scallions on top.
