- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- - Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese
- 653G Mccain Baby Hasselback Potatoes Salt & Pepper
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Press 1 lb of ground beef evenly into the bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp salt, and pepper to taste.
- 3. Slice 6 potatoes, 2 carrots, and 2 onions into thin rounds. Layer them evenly on top of the ground beef.
- 4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded sharp cheese over the layered vegetables.
- 5. Pour 1/4 cup of milk evenly over the top to cover the vegetables and cheese.
- 6. Cover the casserole dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350°F, or until the vegetables are tender and the beef is fully cooked.
- 7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
