- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G
- 4 Per Pack Albert Bartlett Butter Gold Bakers
- 295G Heinz Weight Watchers Tomato Soup
- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- 500 G Quaker Rolled Oats Porridge
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- - Tata Salt
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 lb ground beef, 1/2 finely chopped green pepper, 1/2 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 beaten egg, and 1/2 cup of rolled oats. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 3. Shape the mixture into a large, deep ring and place it in a baking dish.
- 4. Arrange 4 medium butter gold potatoes (halved if large) around the outside of the ring.
- 5. In a separate bowl, mix 1 can of tomato soup with 1/2 cup of milk. Pour this mixture evenly over the meat loaf and potatoes.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 1/2 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the meat loaf is fully cooked (internal temperature of 160°F/71°C).
- 7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your savory meat loaf with vegetables!
