Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the Planet Organic G's Baby Leaf Spinach thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or impurities. Set it aside to drain.
  2. 2. Peel and finely chop one onion from the Fresh Onion Pack. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of Anchor Salted Butter.
  3. 3. Once the butter has melted, add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add a tablespoon of Sapna Ginger Garlic Paste to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the Biona Organic Whole Cherry Tomatoes to the pan. Use a spoon to gently crush the tomatoes as they cook. Let this mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in a teaspoon of Natco Garam Masala and a pinch of Top-Op Table Salt Drums. Adjust the salt to taste.
  7. 7. Add the washed Planet Organic G's Baby Leaf Spinach to the pan. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Cover the pan and let the spinach cook down for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. 8. Once the spinach is tender and well incorporated, add a teaspoon of Campo Verde Fine Mustard to the mixture. Stir thoroughly to blend the flavors.
  9. 9. Taste the saag and adjust the seasoning if needed. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a small amount of water to achieve your desired consistency.
  10. 10. Finish the dish by adding a small knob of Anchor Salted Butter on top for extra richness. Serve hot with your choice of bread or rice.
