- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- - Kirkland Signature Whole Black Peppercorn
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 85G Rajah Whole Fennel Seeds 85G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and freshly ground black peppercorns on both sides.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix hot mustard paste with some freshly chopped parsley, a sprinkle of fennel seeds, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- 4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. They should be large enough to wrap around each salmon fillet.
- 5. Place a salmon fillet on a puff pastry sheet and spread the mustard herb mixture over the top of the salmon.
