  • 1 Kg Jersey Royal Potatoes
  • 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 200G Arla Lactofree Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • 200G Yeo Valley Organic Salted Butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin, even slices.
  3. 3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil spread.
  4. 4. Layer half of the potato slices in the bottom of the prepared dish.
  5. 5. In a saucepan, melt salted butter over medium heat.
  6. 6. Add garlic paste to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant.
  7. 7. Stir in corn flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. 8. Gradually whisk in milk until the mixture is smooth and starts to thicken.
