- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 200G All Things Butter Unsalted Butter
- 300G Love Me Tender Babycorn
- 227G Slap Ya Mama 'Original' Cajun Seasoning, 227G
- 30G Mill & Mortar Organic Orange Peel, 30G
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with 6 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons of crab boil seasoning to the water and stir to combine.
- 2. While the water is heating, prepare the herb butter by mixing 1 stick of softened butter with 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 3. Once the water is boiling, add 8 ears of corn to the pot. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the corn kernels are tender.
- 4. Remove the corn from the pot using tongs and place it on a serving platter.
