Ingredients
- - Holland & Barrett Jumbo Blanched Peanuts 200g
- 100 G Britannia Superfine Dark Chocolate Chips
- 250G Biona Organic Hi Oleic Dark Roast Smooth Peanut Butter
- - Silver Spoon Icing Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Set it aside.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, melt 100g of Lurpak Unsalted Butter over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- 3. Once the butter is fully melted, add 200g of Britannia Superfine Dark Chocolate Chips to the saucepan. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- 4. Gradually sift in 100g of Silver Spoon Icing Sugar, stirring well to ensure there are no lumps. This will help sweeten and thicken the mixture.
- 5. Add 150g of Dr. Oetker Old School Cake Mix Vanilla to the saucepan. Stir thoroughly until the cake mix is fully incorporated and the mixture has a thick, fudge-like consistency.
- 6. Roughly chop 100g of Holland & Barrett Jumbo Blanched Peanuts and fold them into the mixture. This will add texture and a nutty flavor to the fudge.
- 7. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- 8. Optionally, sprinkle additional chopped peanuts or a handful of Britannia Superfine Dark Chocolate Chips on top for decoration.
- 9. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, then transfer it to the refrigerator to set completely for at least 2 hours.
- 10. Once the fudge is firm, remove it from the baking dish and cut it into small squares or rectangles. Serve and enjoy your Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge!
