- - Sapna Ginger Garlic Paste 1kg
- 1 Kg Heera Maida Flour,1kg

- 250 Ml Ktc Jasmin Oil Cooking Oil 250Ml
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- 100G Trs Chilli Powder 100G
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, crumble the paneer into small pieces. Add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well to create the paneer tikka filling.
- 2. Finely chop 1 onion and 1 green pepper. Add these to the paneer mixture along with 2 tablespoons of carrot pickle. Mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients for the filling.
- 3. In a separate bowl, prepare the momo dough by combining 2 cups of flour with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth, pliable dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add the prepared paneer tikka filling and sauté for 3-4 minutes to enhance the flavors. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
- 5. Divide the rested dough into small, equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of the cooled paneer tikka filling in the center of each circle.
- 6. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to form a momo shape, pinching the edges to seal them completely.
- 7. Prepare a steamer and grease the steaming tray with a little cooking oil to prevent sticking. Place the momos on the tray, ensuring they do not touch each other.
- 8. Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is cooked and slightly translucent.
- 9. While the momos are steaming, prepare a dipping sauce by mixing 2 tablespoons of ketchup with 1 tablespoon of finely chopped coriander and a pinch of chaat masala.
- 10. Serve the hot Paneer Tikka Momos with the prepared dipping sauce and garnish with additional chopped coriander, if desired.
