  • 2 Pack Fresh Green Capsicum - Pack Of 2
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
  • - Jalpur Cumin Seeds
  • 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
  • 100G Trs Chilli Powder 100G
  • 50 G Vandevi Asafoetida 50g
  • NaN Filippo Berio Classico Pure Olive Oil
  • NaN Aashirvaad Atta Chapatti Flour Whole Wheat
  • - Amul Masti Dahi
  • - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
  • 300G Fresh Ice Berg Lettuce - Approx 300G - 500G
  • - Tata Salt
  • 100 G East End Ground Coriander

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and enough plain yogurt to form a soft dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes, cover, and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and hing, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the diced green and red capsicum to the pan. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still retaining a crunch.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and gently toss to coat them evenly with the spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer stays soft.
  6. 6. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into thin discs. Heat a flat pan and cook each disc for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Set aside.
  7. 7. Place a lettuce leaf on a serving plate, add a cooked whole wheat disc inside, and spoon the paneer and capsicum mixture on top.
  8. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately as a fun, interactive dish for the family to enjoy together.
