- 510G Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, 510G
- 950G Shazans Chicken Breast
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger
- NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
- - 60g Red Chili
- - Oxo Chicken Stock Cubes
- - Ktc Minced Garlic Paste
- 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
- 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
- 420G Kingsford Corn Starch, 420G
Instructions
- 1. Marinate 500g boneless chicken pieces with 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp seafood flavoured soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp seasoning for sour soup with beef. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a wok or pan. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tbsp minced root ginger, and 2 chopped green chilies until fragrant.
- 4. Add 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- 5. Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Add 2 tbsp seafood flavoured soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp chili sauce, and 1 tsp sugar. Mix well.
- 6. Add 1/4 cup water or chicken stock and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
- 8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
