- 100 G East End Ground Coriander
- - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
- - Jalpur Red Chilli Powder Fine
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO

- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix the chicken strips with cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- 3. Add the sliced bell peppers and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
- 4. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Place the chicken and vegetable mixture onto the tortillas.
- 5. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with your favorite sides or dips.
