  • 100 G East End Ground Coriander

  • - Jalpur Red Chilli Powder Fine
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • - Tata Salt
  • 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
  • 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix the chicken strips with cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. 3. Add the sliced bell peppers and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
