Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
  • 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
  • - Greenfields Ground Coriander
  • NaN Fresh Halal British Mutton Mince, 15-20% Fat
  • 100G Fresh Green Chillies - 100G
  • 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
  • 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • 190G Natco Garlic & Ginger Paste, 190G
  • 100G Natco Kashmiri Chilli Powder, 100G
  • 100 G Rajah Garam Masala

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add 1 tbsp garlic & ginger paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
  3. 3. Add 1 finely chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft and pulpy.
  4. 4. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add 250g of minced mutton (kheema) and mix thoroughly with the masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mutton changes color.
  6. 6. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover the pan, and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes until the mutton is tender and cooked through.
  7. 7. Add 1/4 cup of green peas and cook for another 5 minutes until the peas are soft.
  8. 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
