- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- - Rajah Dhaniya Whole Coriander Seeds
- 1 Kg Baby Potatoes 1kg
- 100G Natco Asafoetida, 100G
- 100G Green Chillies - 100g
- - Doves Farm Organic Chickpea Flour
- 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Natco Kashmiri Chilli Powder, 100G
- 100G East End Garam Masala Powder
- 100G Ginger 100G
- 250G Garlic 250g
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Add Rajah Dhaniya Whole Coriander Seeds, East End Garam Masala Powder, Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder, Natco Kashmiri Chilli Powder, and Top-Op Table Salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything well to make the stuffing.
- 3. Slit the Cofresh Whole Green Chilies lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds, ensuring the chilies remain intact.
- 4. Fill each chili with the potato stuffing mixture, pressing gently to ensure they are well-stuffed.
- 5. In another bowl, combine Doves Farm Organic Chickpea Flour, Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder, Natco Kashmiri Chilli Powder, and Top-Op Table Salt. Gradually add water to make a thick, smooth batter.
- 6. Heat Ktc Sunflower Oil in a deep pan over medium heat for frying.
- 7. Dip each stuffed chili into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, and carefully place it into the hot oil.
- 8. Fry the mirchi vadas until they are golden brown and crisp on all sides.
- 9. Remove the mirchi vadas from the oil and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
