- NaN Filippo Berio Classico Pure Olive Oil
- 400G Trs Canned White Beans 400G
- NaN Bute Island Cheddar Flavour Block
- 350G Saxa Coarse Sea Salt 350G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan, gas mark 6). Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them with a paper towel. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- 2. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle them generously with sea salt. Place them directly on the oven rack or on a baking tray.
- 3. Bake the potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the inside is tender when pierced with a knife.
- 4. While the potatoes are baking, heat the baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
- 5. Once the potatoes are baked, carefully slice each one open lengthwise and fluff the flesh inside with a fork.
- 6. Top each potato with a generous portion of baked beans, followed by grated cheddar cheese. Return the loaded potatoes to the oven for 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- 7. Remove the potatoes from the oven and garnish with finely chopped spring onions or chives. Serve immediately while hot.
