- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 480G Echigo Nihon No Gohan Japanese Cooked Rice, 480G
- - Truffle Butter
- 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Roast Tomato Soup With Mascarpone
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Red Sweet Potato
- 500G Aunt Bessie'S Maple & Thyme Glazed Carrots
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and lightly grease a casserole dish with butter.
- 2. Spread half of the ground beef evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
- 3. Layer 1/2 cup of diced celery, 1/2 cup of chopped onion, 1/2 cup of sliced carrots, and 1 cup of diced sweet potatoes over the beef. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of uncooked rice on top.
- 4. Add small dollops of butter over the layers and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ground beef, celery, onion, carrots, sweet potatoes, and rice. Add more butter, salt, and pepper as needed.
- 6. Pour 1 can of tomato soup evenly over the top of the casserole, ensuring it covers the layers.
- 7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours, or until the rice and vegetables are tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 8. Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
