- - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
- NaN Fresh Halal British Baby Lamb Mince - 15-20% Fat
- - Amul Masti Dahi
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- - Trs Ginger Paste
- 100G Tata Sampann Garam Masala Tata Sampann Garam Masala, 45g
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- 100G Trs Dhania Powder (Indori) 100G
- 100G Trs Chilli Powder 100G
- - Tata Salt
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine minced lamb, finely chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to form a well-blended mixture.
- 2. Divide the lamb mixture into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a long sausage-like shape and carefully press it onto a skewer. Ensure the meat is evenly spread along the skewer.
- 3. Preheat a grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Brush the kebabs lightly with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- 4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. The kebabs should be golden brown and cooked through.
- 5. While the kebabs are cooking, prepare the mint yogurt by combining plain yogurt, finely chopped mint leaves, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- 6. Serve the lamb seekh kebabs hot with the mint yogurt on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges and extra coriander leaves for added freshness.
