- 1 Kg Baby Potatoes 1kg
- 90G Chefshef'S Instant Marinated Rub, Lamb Chops And Steaks 90G
- 450G Bertolli Olive Oil Light Spread
- 25G Schwartz Creamy Pepper Sauce
- 540G Typically Turf & Clover Lamb Rack
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Rajah Spices Ground Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil spread, minced garlic, chopped organic rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, creamy pepper sauce, and Instant Marinated Rub to create the herb mixture.
- 3. Rub the lamb rack all over with the herb mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated. Place the lamb rack in a roasting pan, bone side down.
- 4. In a large bowl, toss the garlic & rosemary roasting potatoes with olive oil spread, garlic powder, ground paprika powder, Greek dried rosemary branches, salt, creamy pepper sauce, and a sprinkle of dried rosemary until well-coated.
- 5. Spread the seasoned potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer to ensure even roasting.
- 6. Place the roasting pan with the lamb rack and the baking sheet with the potatoes in the preheated oven. Roast the lamb for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare. Adjust the cooking time to your preferred level of doneness.
- 7. Roast the potatoes for about 30-35 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
- 8. Remove the lamb rack from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.
- 9. Serve the sliced lamb rack alongside the crispy potatoes for a flavorful and elegant dish.
