- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 250G Shallot Onion - 250g
- - Chilli Powder Rajah
- 1.3 Kg Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, 1.3Kg
- 100G Natco Paprika Powder 100g
- - Jalpur Coriander Powder Dhana Powder
- NaN Old India Blanched Ground Almond Flour
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook 2 kg of ground beef until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- 2. Add 150 g chili powder, 7 1/2 tbsp kosher salt, 9 oz paprika, 6 oz coriander powder, 2 1/4 oz ground black pepper, and 4 1/2 oz shallot to the pot. Stir well to coat the beef with the spices.
- 3. Cook the mixture for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.
- 4. Add enough water to cover the mixture and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Gradually stir in 300 g of almond flour, ensuring there are no lumps, until the chili reaches your desired thickness.
- 6. Serve the chili hot, garnished with your favorite toppings such as chopped parsley or diced onions, if desired.
