  • - Chilli Powder Rajah
  • 1.3 Kg Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, 1.3Kg
  • 100G Natco Paprika Powder 100g
  • - Jalpur Coriander Powder Dhana Powder
  • NaN Old India Blanched Ground Almond Flour

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook 2 kg of ground beef until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add 150 g chili powder, 7 1/2 tbsp kosher salt, 9 oz paprika, 6 oz coriander powder, 2 1/4 oz ground black pepper, and 4 1/2 oz shallot to the pot. Stir well to coat the beef with the spices.
  3. 3. Cook the mixture for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. 4. Add enough water to cover the mixture and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Gradually stir in 300 g of almond flour, ensuring there are no lumps, until the chili reaches your desired thickness.
  6. 6. Serve the chili hot, garnished with your favorite toppings such as chopped parsley or diced onions, if desired.
