Ingredients

- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
- 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
- - Nearly Naked Veg Basil 100g
- 12.5 Kg Top-Op Cooking Salt 12.5kg
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, brown 1 lb of ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- 2. Add 1 cup of diced leek, 1 cup of diced carrot, 1 cup of diced celery, and 1 cup of shredded cabbage to the pot. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- 3. Stir in 4 cups of diced tomatoes, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 teaspoon of thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of sweet basil, and 4 teaspoons of salt. Mix well.
- 4. Add 3-4 cups of water to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Remove the bay leaf before serving. Serve hot and enjoy a flavorful, hearty soup for dinner.
