  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
  • 1 Piece Buy Fresh Courgettes Zucchini Online | Alli Bhavan 750g
  • 6 Each Golden Yolk Eggs 6 Pack
  • NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
  • - Korean Red Pepper Powder - Gochugaru

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash 300g of Tilda Long Grain Rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside, keeping it warm.
  2. 2. Prepare the vegetables: Peel and julienne the carrots. Wash and slice the courgettes (zucchini) into thin strips. Set the prepared vegetables aside.
  3. 3. Mince 3-4 cloves of Jumbo Garlic from the 100g pack and set aside.
  4. 4. Thinly slice the Beef Topside Steak (1 kg) into bite-sized strips if not already done. Season the beef lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  7. 7. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil. Stir-fry the julienned carrots for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove and set aside.
  8. 8. Add the sliced courgettes to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.
  9. 9. In a small bowl, mix 1-2 teaspoons of Korean Red Pepper Powder (Gochugaru) with a splash of sesame oil to create a flavorful paste. Adjust the amount of gochugaru to your spice preference.
  10. 10. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and fry the Golden Yolk Eggs (one per serving) sunny-side up. The yolks should remain runny for an authentic bibimbap experience.
  11. 11. To assemble the bibimbap, divide the cooked rice into serving bowls. Arrange the stir-fried beef, carrots, courgettes, and a fried egg on top of the rice.
  12. 12. Drizzle the gochugaru paste over the assembled bibimbap for added flavor. Serve immediately and mix everything together before eating.
