- 470 G Dabur Organic Ghee
- - Doves Farm Organic Chickpea Flour
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- - Tata Salt
- NaN Tiger Nut Milk
Instructions
- 1. Proceed directly to heating the ghee.
- 2. Heat 1/3 cup of ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Add 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour to the skillet and stir continuously for about 2 minutes to toast the flour lightly and prevent clumping.
- 4. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 cup of almond milk to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to combine into a smooth mixture.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often, until the mixture thickens.
