- 500G Aunt Bessie'S Maple & Thyme Glazed Carrots
- 1.4 Kg Hawksmoor Dry Aged Rump Roast
- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- 1 Kg Harry & Percy British Salad Potatoes
- 200 Ml Isigny Sainte Mere Aop Creme Fraiche
- - Organic Dried Rosemary Hatton Hill Organic
- 200G Canvin And Gunner British Beef Bavette Steak
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Place the beef roast in a deep roasting pan.
- 3. Peel and cut 2 medium onions, 3 large carrots, and 3 medium potatoes into chunks. Arrange them around the beef roast in the pan.
- 4. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of creme fraiche with 2 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary. Pour this mixture evenly over the roast and vegetables.
- 5. Cover the roasting pan tightly with aluminum foil or a lid and bake in the preheated oven for 5 to 6 hours, or until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
- 6. Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Serve the roast sliced with the vegetables and the creamy gravy from the pan.
