- 200G Bay'S Kitchen Concentrated Beef Stock
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
Instructions
- 1. In a Dutch oven, cook and stir 1 1/2 lbs ground beef and 1/2 cup chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
- 2. Stir in 1 can of chopped tomatoes, 1 diced potato, 1 1/2 cups beef stock, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
- 3. Cover the Dutch oven and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of chopped potato with 2/3 cup milk to form a soft dough.
- 5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the simmering beef and vegetable mixture, ensuring the dumplings do not sink into the liquid.
- 6. Cook the mixture uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes, then cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through and fluffy.
- 7. Garnish the dish with fresh parsley sprigs before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
