- 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- - Oregano 100g
- - Jalpur Crushed Red Chilli Pepper Flakes
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- - Parmesan Shavings
- - De Cecco Spaghetti
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
- - Tata Salt
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 kg of ground beef and 3 tablespoons of salt. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain off any excess fat and set the beef aside.
- 2. In a large pot, combine 2.5 kg of diced tomatoes, 4 chopped onions, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of garlic powder, 3 teaspoons of oregano, and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Stir well, cover, and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Add 6 diced green bell peppers to the pot along with the cooked ground beef and spaghetti. Stir to combine.
- 4. Continue cooking the sauce over low heat for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bell peppers are tender and the flavors are well blended.
- 5. Serve the sauce hot over cooked spaghetti, and garnish with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
