- 1 Kg Baby Potatoes 1kg
- 400G Petti 100% Italian Chopped Tomatoes
- 540G Birds Eye Steamfresh 4 Garden Mix Steam Bags
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Schwartz Garlic Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, sauté 1 diced onion, 1 diced bell pepper, and 1 diced celery stalk over medium heat until the vegetables are softened, about 8-10 minutes.
- 2. Drain any excess liquid from the vegetable mixture and set aside.
- 3. In a large pot, combine 2 diced carrots, 2 diced potatoes, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, and 4 cups of water. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
- 4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the cooked vegetable mixture to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Season the soup with 1 tsp of garlic salt and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for about 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender.
- 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your hearty kosher vegetable soup.
