- 250 G Veenas Fresh Garlic
- 400G Italianavera Chopped Tomatoes, 400G
- 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 450G Northern Pasta Co. Fusilli, 450G
- 600G Picard Organic Green Beans
- - Mill & Mortar Finishing Salt Flakes Gift Set
- - Schwartz Paprika
Instructions
- 1. In a large pan, brown 500 g of halal ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- 2. Add 1 cup of chopped celery and 1/4 cup of diced onion to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- 3. Stir in 4 cups of water, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 can (400 g) of diced tomatoes, and your preferred seasoning such as salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 4. Add 1 cup of fusilli and 1/2 cup of uncooked rice to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Mix in 1 cup of green beans. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fusilli and rice are tender.
- 6. Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more water if the soup becomes too thick.
- 7. Once everything is cooked and well combined, remove from heat and serve hot with cornbread or biscuits on the side.
