  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • 295G Heinz Weight Watchers Tomato Soup
  • - Dolls House Miniature Handmade Parmesan Cheese Wheel
  • - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
  • 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
  • NaN Fresh Halal Beef Rump
  • - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large pot, boil 1 cabbage head until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove the cabbage and set aside to cool.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine 700 g halal ground beef, 2 cups cooked quinoa, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. 3. In a separate pot, mix 2 cans of tomato soup with 2 cans of vegetable broth. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Carefully peel the cooled cabbage leaves. Place a portion of the beef mixture onto each leaf, roll tightly, and tuck in the edges to secure.
  5. 5. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls into the pot with the tomato soup mixture. Ensure they are submerged in the sauce.
  6. 6. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld and the rolls to cook through.
  7. 7. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
