- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 295G Heinz Weight Watchers Tomato Soup
- - Dolls House Miniature Handmade Parmesan Cheese Wheel
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
- NaN Fresh Halal Beef Rump
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, boil 1 cabbage head until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove the cabbage and set aside to cool.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine 700 g halal ground beef, 2 cups cooked quinoa, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- 3. In a separate pot, mix 2 cans of tomato soup with 2 cans of vegetable broth. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 4. Carefully peel the cooled cabbage leaves. Place a portion of the beef mixture onto each leaf, roll tightly, and tuck in the edges to secure.
- 5. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls into the pot with the tomato soup mixture. Ensure they are submerged in the sauce.
- 6. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld and the rolls to cook through.
- 7. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
