- 3 X 400G Garofalo Chopped Italian Tomatoes
- 400G Dunns River Red Kidney Beans

Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, brown 1 1/2 lb of halal ground beef with 1 chopped onion until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is softened, about 8-10 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
- 3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chili powder, 2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Cover the Dutch oven and let the mixture simmer over low heat for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 5. After 1 hour, taste the chili and adjust the seasonings if needed. Stir in 1 can of drained and rinsed red kidney beans and 1 can of drained and rinsed red kidney beans.
- 6. Cover again and continue to simmer for an additional 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- 7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- 8. Serve hot with cornbread or tortilla chips on the side.
