  • 750 Ml Bevelini Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 750Ml
  • 400G Sabarot Chia Seeds, 400G

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of chia seeds with 1 cup of water and let it sit for 10 minutes to form a gel-like consistency.
  3. 3. Brush the surface of the chia seed mixture with 1 tablespoon of Bevelini Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh rosemary.
  4. 4. Shape the mixture into 8 pieces and form each piece into a ball.
  5. 5. Place the chia seed balls on a greased baking pan, leaving some space between them. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let them proof in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Brush the tops of the proofed rolls with 1 tablespoon of Bevelini Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with the remaining 1 teaspoon of chopped rosemary.
