Ingredients
- - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Beef Mince
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 400G Natco Rich & Creamy Coconut Milk, 400G
- 500G Nikko Egg Noodles, 500G
- - Ds Cjo Soy Sauce For Soup 840ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 500 g of halal ground beef with 1/2 cup of diced celery and 1/2 a diced onion. Stir in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cook until the beef is fully browned and the vegetables are softened.
- 3. Add 1 can of coconut milk and 1 can of coconut milk to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 5. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
- 6. Remove the dish from the oven and evenly sprinkle 2 cups of egg noodles on top.
- 7. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the noodles are golden and crispy.
