  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Cut each chicken wing into three parts: drumette, flat, and tip. Discard the tips or save them for stock.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, mix 2/3 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup honey, 2 tablespoons five-spice powder, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, and 3 minced garlic cloves until well combined.
  4. 4. Place the chicken wing pieces in a shallow glass dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning the wings occasionally to marinate evenly.
  5. 5. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Reserve the remaining marinade.
  6. 6. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Then, turn the wings over, brush them with the reserved marinade, and bake for an additional 30 minutes until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. 7. Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm as a delicious dinner or appetizer.
