Ingredients

  • - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Beef Mince
  • 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 500 g halal ground beef with 1 diced onion until the beef is cooked through and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.

  4. 4. Drain green beans and layer them evenly over the beef mixture.

  6. 6. Pour the sour cream and creme fraiche directly over the hash browns, spreading gently with a spatula to create an even layer.
  7. 7. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the hash browns are golden and crispy and the sauce is bubbling.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
