Ingredients
- - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Beef Mince
- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- 1 Kg Strong Roots Cauliflower Hash Browns
- - Longley Farm Freshly Soured Cream
- 200 Ml Isigny Sainte Mere Aop Creme Fraiche
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 500 g halal ground beef with 1 diced onion until the beef is cooked through and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
- 3. Transfer the cooked beef and onion mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- 4. Drain green beans and layer them evenly over the beef mixture.
- 5. Arrange the frozen cauliflower hash browns in a single layer over the green beans.
- 6. Pour the sour cream and creme fraiche directly over the hash browns, spreading gently with a spatula to create an even layer.
- 7. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the hash browns are golden and crispy and the sauce is bubbling.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
