- - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Beef Mince
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 400G Italianavera Chopped Tomatoes, 400G
- NaN Godavari Sona Masoori Raw Rice
- 450G Pack'D Organic Super Sweet Sweetcorn
- 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
- 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, brown 500 g of halal ground beef with 1 diced onion over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is softened, about 8-10 minutes.
- 2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet and set the beef mixture aside.
- 3. In a large pot, combine 1 can (400 g) of diced tomatoes, 1 can (400 g) of sweetcorn, 1 can (400 g) of mixed vegetables, 1 can (400 g) of chopped tomatoes, and 1 cup of uncooked rice.
- 4. Add 4 cups of vegetable broth to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
- 5. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and stir in the cooked beef and onion mixture.
- 6. Cover the pot and let the soup simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 7. Serve hot and enjoy. This soup can also be frozen for later use.
