  • 200G The Good Herdsmen Organic Flat Iron Beef Steak
  • 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Knorr Beef Stock Cubes
  • 4 X 135G Birds Eye Steamfresh Super Sunshine Mix 4 Steam Bags
  • 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
  • - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
  • 500G Nikko Egg Noodles, 500G
  • 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat and brown 500 g halal beef steak, ensuring all sides are seared.
  2. 2. Add 1 cup chopped celery, 1 chopped onion, and 2 minced garlic cloves to the pan with the beef. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Stir in 2 cups mixed vegetables and 2 cups cabbage (undrained). Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add 1/2 cup soy sauce and 2 bouillon cubes to the pan. Stir to combine and simmer until the beef is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the beef chop suey hot over cooked quinoa and egg noodles for a complete meal.
