Ingredients
- 200G The Good Herdsmen Organic Flat Iron Beef Steak
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Knorr Beef Stock Cubes
- 4 X 135G Birds Eye Steamfresh Super Sunshine Mix 4 Steam Bags
- 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- 500G Nikko Egg Noodles, 500G
- 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat and brown 500 g halal beef steak, ensuring all sides are seared.
- 2. Add 1 cup chopped celery, 1 chopped onion, and 2 minced garlic cloves to the pan with the beef. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Stir in 2 cups mixed vegetables and 2 cups cabbage (undrained). Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 4. Add 1/2 cup soy sauce and 2 bouillon cubes to the pan. Stir to combine and simmer until the beef is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- 5. Serve the beef chop suey hot over cooked quinoa and egg noodles for a complete meal.
