A hearty baked dinner featuring tender halal beef, creamy mushroom sauce, and a medley of fresh vegetables. Perfect for a satisfying and flavorful evening meal.
Ingredients
- 80 Ml Ladolea Set Of 2 Lemon & Oregano Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 80Ml
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 400G Natco Rich & Creamy Coconut Milk, 400G
- 227G Slap Ya Mama 'Original' Cajun Seasoning, 227G
- 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray the foil lightly with cooking spray.
- 3. Pour 2 tablespoons of Kikkoman Soy Sauce over the vegetables and rub 1 teaspoon of Slap Ya Mama 'Original' Cajun Seasoning on them.
- 4. Place the seasoned vegetables on the foil in the pan.
- 5. Spread 1 can of Natco Rich & Creamy Coconut Milk evenly over the top of the vegetables.
- 6. Slice 5 spring onions and scatter them over the soup.
- 7. Peel and slice 4 carrots and 1 celery stick, then arrange them evenly over the vegetables and soup.
- 8. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth over the vegetables to keep them moist during baking.
- 9. Lightly coat the vegetables with an additional 1 teaspoon of Slap Ya Mama 'Original' Cajun Seasoning.
- 10. Fold the foil over the vegetables, sealing it tightly to create a packet.
- 11. Bake the foil packet in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- 12. Carefully open the foil packet, transfer the vegetables to a serving platter, and serve hot.
