Ingredients
- 1 Unit Organic Cabbage White 1 Unit
- - Ching'S Egg Hakka Noodles
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 1 Kg Natural Sea Salt Bwfo
- 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
- 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
Instructions
- 1. Boil the Hakka noodles according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- 2. Chop the cabbage into thin strips, slice the green capsicum, and finely chop the garlic and spring onions.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the chopped garlic to the pan and sauté until lightly golden.
- 5. Add the sliced capsicum and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- 6. Add the cooked Hakka noodles to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
- 7. Pour in 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and toss the noodles to coat them evenly.
- 8. Season the noodles with salt, a pinch of sugar, and a sprinkle of black pepper to taste. Stir everything together.
- 9. Add the chopped spring onions to the pan and give it one final toss. Cook for 1-2 minutes more.
- 10. Serve the Hakka Noodles hot, garnished with additional spring onion if desired.
