- 1 Kg Laila Basmati Rice
- 1 L Amul Pure Ghee 1 L Tin
- - Natco Cardamom Powder
- - RealFoodSource Saffron Strands
- - Chicken Breast Fillets
- 1 Leek - 1 Each
- 300G Ajr Japchae Korean Soy Stir Fry Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a roasting tray lined with aluminum foil.
- 2. Step 2: Cut the chicken and set aside.
- 3. Marinade the chicken.
- 4. Place the marinated chicken onto the roasting tray and glaze it with soy.
- 5. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- 6. Drain well.
- 7. Step 8: Add the washed basmati rice to the saucepan and stir well to coat the grains with the ghee.
- 8. Reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and simmer for 12-15 minutes until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy.
