- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G
- 450G Rice Flour, 450G
- - Tata Salt
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley to create a smooth batter.
- 2. Place 1 cup of rice flour in a separate shallow dish for dredging.
- 3. Dip each piece of the 2 lb chicken breast into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- 4. Dredge the battered chicken in the rice flour, pressing lightly to adhere the flour evenly.
- 5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil.
- 6. Fry the chicken in batches for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- 7. Remove the chicken from the oil and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 8. Serve the crispy fried chicken hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
