- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 75Cl When In Rome White Wine Pecorino Eco Bottle
- - Organic Dried Rosemary Hatton Hill Organic
- - Tata Salt
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 2. Place 4 peeled and smashed cloves of garlic in a casserole dish large enough to hold them in a single layer.
- 3. Add 4 cloves of garlic (peeled and smashed), 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, 2/3 cup of white wine, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the dish.
- 4. Cover the casserole tightly with foil and then place a lid on top to seal in the moisture.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 hours.
- 6. Remove the casserole from the oven and transfer the contents to warm serving plates.
- 7. Place the casserole dish on the stovetop over medium heat and cook the remaining liquid until it thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
- 8. Pour the thickened sauce over the plated contents and serve immediately.
