Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 2. Finely chop 1 onion and add it to the pan. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
- 3. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, and 1 teaspoon of garam masala. Stir well to combine the spices with the onion mixture.
