- 125G Daylesford Organic Brandy Butter
- 1 Kg Jj Large Prawns (90/120, 700g Net) 1x1kg
- 250 G Veenas Fresh Garlic
- - Dolls House Miniature Handmade Parmesan Cheese Wheel
- 200G H. Forman & Son Royal Smoked Salmon Fillet
- 220 Ml The Coconut Collab Plant-Based Double Cream
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- 20G Thai "Hand" White Pepper Powder, 20G
- NaN Trs Gram Flour
Instructions
- 1. Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter until melted.
- 2. Lightly coat 200 g of prawns with 2 tablespoons of gram flour. Add them to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and cooked through.
- 3. Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute until the garlic becomes fragrant.
- 4. Deglaze the pan with 1/2 cup of white wine, stirring to scrape up any browned bits. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- 5. Add 200 g of smoked salmon and 1 cup of double cream to the pan. Stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is heated through and thickens slightly.
- 6. Toss the sauce with 200 g of gram flour, ensuring it is well coated.
- 7. Divide the mixture onto plates and garnish with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill.
- 8. Serve immediately with garlic bread, if desired.
